Has anyone done, and can recommend, any cookery courses? I'm open to online or face to face although leaning towards face to face. I'm looking at Asian, Indian, Mexican or bread. I can cook but I'm not looking for advanced level courses and bread would be as a beginner. Happy to travel and stay over but would probably prefer not London unless for something amazing.
