Will this chocolate fudge recipie work, or do you ahve a foolproof one for something similar?

What I want is a homemade recipie that's similar to a Heinz chocoalte puddign in a tin. 've found this but it sounds a bit iffy - what do you think?

If you've got a steamer a great cheat is to make a normal chocolate sponge (4oz marg, 4oz sugar, 3oz flour, 1oz cocoa, 2 eggs and splash of milk - beaten all up together) and pour into a pudding basin or little ones - make sure they aren't too deep for the steamer - into which you have squirted chocolate flavour ice cream toping! Don't know if this would work in a oven though.
Do the same thing with plain sponge (4oz flour no cocoa) and strawberry jam or golden syrup
