Second Nigella's recipe. It's absolutely delicious and a doddle to make.

I haven’t made it in ages but this has reminded me how good it is. I also just spotted the note at the bottom re the chocolate version. I may make that at the weekend instead of the Anna Jones chocolate one to shake things up a bit
