Despite telling him every year not to, DH has bought a pack of tiny JRs - about 2cm across.
I really dislike the skin - along with a lot of famous chefs !

I know it CAN be eaten, but I don't WANT to.

Is there an easy way to scrape them? If I start now at lunchtime, I might have enough ready for dinner.

How about par boiling, then smashing on a with a fork on a baking tray so they break. Add. Couple of cloves of garlic, salt, pepper and spray with oil then bake.

Get a green scrubbing pad and scrub them. The skin is super thin so will come right off. Obv make sure it isn’t a soap filled one!

Or as above - they’re delicious like that.

Cook them first, then the skin peels off really easily.

Thanks for the tips, I'll try them all.
