Hoping some you can help with ideas. I like to have at least two vegetarian meals a week but I'm struggling with variety because of my fussy family. DC can be fussy with veg - DC2 will freak out at anything green, DC1 is better but still suspicious. DH is absolutely not fussy you understand, but won't eat quiche, aubergine, courgette or mushrooms 
On regular rotation are frittata, dahl, veg chilli, veg curry (cauliflower is popular), puff pastry tart, pizza. Things that haven't worked are veg lasagne, cannelloni, lentil bolognese.
I'm really at a loss and need some more variety - please help!
