can someone help me stop mine always apprearing floating in an inch of water when i re heat it!

everything i cook seems to end up as water and bits!

simple step by step reheating instructions please!

just basid curries, spag bol, stew, all stored in plastic tupperware!

Well clearly I'm not a queen of frozen food, lol. I haven't a clue! You don't have loads of frost on the top and you are stirring it all? Sorry, that's really obvious isn't it.

I reheat all sorts of casseroles and stuff. I tend to do it from frozen - put it in the microwave for 10 minutes or however long on defrost, then blast it for two or three minutes. Usually comes out as it went in.
