how old for petit filous/fromage frais?

ds is 4 and half months - was just about to give him a fromage frais type yoghurt - is he alright to have it or is it a 6 month/year thing?

think it's about 6 months, sure someone will tell you for sure though...

I think he's too young . you can get special yoghurts made from formula milk

think you should wait till at least 6 months .. and check no problems with cow's milk first

The petit filous say four months on them, but they're chock-full of sugar - really packed with the stuff. My HV said to give unsweetened fromage frais or natural yoghurt when they're more like six months, mixed with fruit for variety.

thanks guys - i had a feeling petit filous was 4 months - think i'll give it a miss for now tho!
