Finding lots of conflicting evidence on rusk HV said it was fine but I'm hesitant? Anyone else use them? My dd is 5 and a half months and teething badly stopped drinking as much so going to start weaning but just want to know little things to give her especially some food which may also help with teething! Hence rusk. ( today's first was parsnip purée not a fan ).

Rusk is very sugary so I would avoid it
Ready brek has no added salt or sugar. You can add fruit puree to make different flavours

I avoided risk because of the sugar. I think even the reduced sugar ones are a third sugar.

Agree that ready brek is good.

If she's taking less milk have you tried a teething gel like Dentinox and some ibruprofen?
