Hello!
So I have my diced beef, my veg and stock and I'm ready to go....
...except all my recipes say cook for 2 1/2 - 3 hours, and on the beef it says cook it for 4-5. (160C)
SO shall I whack it all in together for the 4-5 or will my veg fall apart? should I add them after a couple of hours?
No slow cooker I'm afraid! All expertise welcome!
