I want to have a go at this recipe but am a bit nervous of cutting out the shortbread circles once it’s been baked as:
- I don’t have the right sized cutter so would be improvising with a glass
- I’m worried it’ll crack if I try to cut the shortbread once it’s been baked.
Anyone know if it’ll be a disaster?
