Olive bread flour substitute

Hi I have a recipe for my bread machine for olive bread, needs 200g strong white flour and 200g strong wholemeal and 270ml water. However I only have 130g strong wholemeal left. Could I make up the rest with strong white flour and use slightly less liquid? Would that work? Thanks!

Sorry if this is too late! But yes it will. I only have experience with hand made bread rather than a bread maker but I always change flour/water amounts round.

Not too late and thanks! Would you say approx 20ml less liquid? Thanks again!

Tbh I'd do it by touch. Sorry that's not helpful!

I've never used a bread maker before. Do you have to add all ingredients together and just let it go?

Yep they all just get thrown in together! No worries I will have a guess Smile
