I've got 2 excellent cod recipes from MN - Greek baked cod and cod with a garlic herb crust - but I'd love more ideas please

Along the lines of a herb crust but with chorizo, lemon zest and breadcrumbs.

In a Moroccan style stew with preserved lemons.

I like to marinate in yoghurt with tandoori paste, then bake until three quarters cooked. Then spread the tops with mango chutney then finish under the grill to caramelise.
Or simply wrapped and prosciutto and baked on peppers, onions and tomatoes with lots of balsamic vinegar.

We love this recipe from The Doctor's Kitchen. Mediterranean cod with lentils.

I tried this last night but using balti paste. Absolutely delicious, thank you for the inspiration!

I love Mexican cod. Drain a tin of chopped tomatoes and add 4 tablespoons of salsa, a few chilli flakes and half teaspoon of cumin. Put in ovenproof dish, nestle cod fillets on top, top these with mix of crushed Doritos and grated cheddar. Cook for approximately 30 minutes
