Years ago, I made a recipe out of a magazine, meant to cut it out but didn't. I've googled Hubble Bubble which I am sure it was called but none of the recipes are what I was looking for., and googling the ingredients found everything but!
It was something like this:
Sausage meat pressed into a tin.
Topped with sliced courgettes and tinned tomatoes, possibly onions (I would add these anyway now) , then grated cheese & baked.
Obviously I could just 'give it a go' but if anyone has a recipe or cooks something f similar, I have a couple of questions. Thank you!
