Could I have your favourite easy to make cheesecake receipes please?

I've lost my lovely lemon cheesecake receipe! Any offers?

Lemon Cheesecake!

Get 10 digestive biscuits and crush them to a powder (place them in a bag or cloth and hit repeatedly with a rolling pin. Add 1 oz of semi melted butter(not liquid but really soft IFYNWIM) and press it together with the crumbs to make a dough for the cheesecake base. Press the dough into the bottom of a greased 9 inch Pie Dish.

Mix together a small tin of condensed milk with a small (125g) packet of cream cheese (e.g. Kraft Philadelphia). whisk for one minute and Squeeze in the juice of one lemon whisk for another 20 seconds and then pour in to the pie dish. Now just leave it in the refrigerator to set.

Thats the only one I have.

I second mobiles but it HAS to be done with a ginger biscuit base. It is the law.

I have never tried a ginger biscuit base, is it any good?
I once tried doing the recipe with Lime, it was oookkay but not brill. I reckon I put to much lime in.

OOh sounds wonderful! I could also do with alternative cheesecakes, cause lemon's my favourite, but I think the boys might like a change!
