We're having trifle

Lemon surprise pudding, look on BBC for a recipe.
During cooking it separates into a sponge with a layer of lemon sauce beneath. Very quick and easy.
You could make it more seasonal by decorating with edible petals or scatter with sugar flowers before serving.

Rhubarb is in season now, so make a rhubarb fool with cream or custard or a rhubarb and orange compote. Serve with little Easter biscuits.

Chocolate cheesecake with mini egg decoration
