Hi, I've got one of those ice-cream makers with a freezer unit attached to it. So far I've only made vanilla and chocolate ice-cream. What recipes do you recommend?

I like making Bailey's ice cream but don't use a machine

I pint double cream, one packet frozen fruit, 2 cups of sugar or more depending on your taste. Voila!

Delia has some good recipes on her website. I’ve made her coconut, rhubarb crumble and lemon meringue and all were good.

Also made Nigel Slater’s lime marscapone sorbet recently which was a nice change from normal ice cream.
