What to serve with a celeriac tart tartin?

I'm making a celeriac tart tartin this weekend but I'm looking for inspiration as to what to serve it with. At the moment I am thinking a salad but can anybody give me any better ideas?

Griddled asparagus
Roasted broccoli with shallots
Green salad with garlicky vinaigrette
Leeks pan-fried with red pepper
Tomato salad with finely chopped shallots and a balsamic vinaigrette
Roasted mixed peppers
Ratatouille

(Not all of them, obviously!)

Is this just a light lunch? If not, I think it needs protein.

It might make a nice side for a slow roasted lamb shoulder. But depends what sort of meal you’re looking for.

More importantly, can you post the recipe for celeriac tarte tatin, please?!

Here's the link. Thanks for all the ideas . It is for evening/main meal, I hadn't thought about serving it alongside lamb but that could work nicely.

With tenderstem broccoli too I'm envisioning...

A baked ham with a sticky glaze?

Green beans (potentially roasted) or asparagus. Like the tenderstem broccoli idea too. Cheeky bit of Parmesan perhaps.
