Has anyone ever tried a big cook little cook recipe?

Tried their ice cream recipe with 3 v excited children...it was DISGUSTING!!!!!!
What a waste of time, effort and ingrediants!

Made some fairy cake type thing once - was okay.

The Choo Choo train (swiss rolls covered in chocolate icing) went down a storm as DS2's 2nd birthday cake. DS1 was totally excited at helping to make it.

Sometimes do toasted sandwiches cut out with gingerbread cutter too I think that's one o theirs.

I use the gingerbread recipe quite often and it is fine.

i've only ever seen them making variations on a pizza......maybe i haven't watched carefully enough

Pirate's Gold. It was a bit bland (would have added salt if for me) but they liked it.

The rice sandcastles were quite good, but unfortunately it didn't persuade DS to try rice!
