Riverford. Can you change delivery day?

When trying to find the answer to this, I spotted subscription being mentioned.
Have I signed up to some kind of subscription by using riverford?
But mostly, can I change my delivery day?

I just dived in and bought the veg without thinking too much about it. Now I'm wondering.

Re subscription. No one can answer that without looking at your account- try calling customer services, they are v helpful. You don't need a regular subscription to get deliveries.

Re delivery day, no for environmental and logistics reasons it's the same day every week.

We have to have a particular delivery day as that’s how they plan their routes but perhaps it might be different because we live in quite a rural area? I’d ask customer services.

Oh well that's good. I havent stumbled upon any mention of subscription during my usage of the site so I don't think I have one. I just seen it the question "how do I cancel my subscription" and wondered if by using you automatically join or something.

The delivery day makes sense.
