I'd like some inspiration please.

Done various spicy chicken mexican type wraps which are nice but I'd like a change.

Any other good ideas? I'm thinking for dinner with salad.

We had them last night with mince beef and taco mix with grated cheese, salad and salsa.

we just do quorn or tofu pieces, or cold veggie sausages with all or any of the following:

avocado, sour cream, hummus, grated carrot, beans, grated cheese, beetroot, tomato, peppers, lettuce, cucumber

lay it all out let people help themselves

god I am hungry now. I love wraps. My favourite lunch wrap is philadelphia cheese and avocado [drool]

Bewilderbeast · 05/11/2007 19:05

lettuce, grated cheese and mango chutney
chicken ceasear (from M&S)
roasted red pepper hummus and salad

hoisin duck one from M&S
at home i tend to do simple steamed chicken breasts, sliced with the following:
toms, thinly sliced onion, thinly sliced peppers, cucumber, lettuce and have sour cream with chives
dh sometimes likes to add a bit of sweet chilli sauce

tescos chargrilled BBQ chicken, with salad cream - and in childs healthy eating wraps - they are smaller than the usual size ones so i can eat more of them!!!
