I am thinking of getting one of these, not just for BBQs but because we love cooking.

Does anyone have one? Please tell me the good, the bad, and the ugly.

We do and I think it’s fantastic! DH was a bit doubting to begin with but he loves it too now. Don’t use it at all during the winter but in the summer it’s out every weekend and we use it for proper meals rather than just burgers and sausages. Happy to share some of dinners we’ve cooked so you get an idea of what it can do.

All year round use. The Christmas Turkey was cooked on it after bringing.Set up to make smoked salmon. Stone in place for pizza. It gets a fair good use, often 12/week, and has helped us venture into new recipes. Also used it to dry out tomatoes for making a thick tomato sauce. Chicken, meat, fish all come out good, not dry

Great to hear. What size did you get?

We have an alternative brand but essentially the same thing.

We use it a lot.
