I had the most amazing caramel/chocolate sauce with pofiterolls. How do you make it?

My good this sauce was just gorgeous. I asked the host, she said it was a Nigellas. I've tried to find it! Anybody know how to make it?

She probably just melted a load of Mars Bars and it trying to pretend that she made it, so she mentioned Nigella to put you off the scent.
