Argh lost my Be-Ro recipe book - anyone tell me the recipe for the basic victoria sandwich?

Hiya,
This is the one i use:
10 oz self raising flour
2 half tea spoon baking powder
10 oz soft marg
10 oz caster sugar
5 eggs(size3)

Need two 8 half inch sandwhich tins
Gas mark 3. 170 c or 340 f
35-45 mins
Sift flour and baking powder together
then put all ingredients in bowl beat on slow speed untill well mixed.Put in tins and viola!

Buttercream
6 oz butter
12 oz icing sugar
3 tbs warm water

Beat the hell out of it.

Forgot to say - am doing a chocolate cake - do I swap 1oz of flour for an oz of cocoa powder?
