DD, who loves baking, wants to make up a hamper for a relative's birthday. She bought all the stuff for it at Christmas, but decided not to send the mince pies etc..
It needs to go through the post and, I guess even if sent by courier, could take a couple of days.
Anyone got any suggestions of what she could make to put in it that would not disintegrate and would last well enough?
