Any recommendations for a coffee and walnut cake that uses espresso coffee?

We don't have any instant coffee but I would like to make a coffee and walnut cake.

Can anyone recommend a recipe please that has a good level of coffee flavour using espresso coffee from a stovetop maker.

I'm just a bit wary of making it too soggy/not strong enough/too strong using guessed amounts.

Not espresso sorry but this is the most delicious cake. It says camp coffee essence but I just use instant and use 2 teaspoons in a tablespoon of water. Could you make a a really strong espresso & add, initially, 1/2 a tablespoon then taste the mix & decide if the next half tablespoon needs to be even stronger? That’s how I tweaked the amount.

@Fivemoreminutes1 I see that one is based on a Mary Berry recipe so that should be a winner.

This is a good recipe, I'd just sub in the espresso.

UPDATE ... I made the River Cottage one in the end and it was delicious.
It didn't particularly rise very well but was so light and the right amount of coffee taste.
