Salt & pepper chicken thighs

I've bought them last week for something different but I have no idea what to serve with them . My brain has died from meal planning for 6000 years and I need your help . So what would you serve with them ? Helppppp

A noodle and vegetable stir fry?
Egg fried rice and something like mange tout / pak choi / choi sum?

Can you just send them over to me so that I can eat them? It's making hungry just thinking about them

If there's no veg with them then just stir fry some onion, peppers and spring onion (add a chopped chilli as well if you like) - or whatever veg you fancy really! We just have with boiled rice.

Rice and chilli sauce, then do a big fruit salad for dessert instead of veggies in the main course.
Google rujak, its an Indonesian fruit/veggie salad with spicy peanut sauce.

Or you know. Something healthier

Sorry for the late reply .. these are salt and pepper thighs ... I ended up frying them with flatbreads and salads for lots of wine 🍷
