RUMP STEAK WITH BACON & HONEY
1 Rump steak
2 rashers lean bacon
lemon juice
2 spring onions
1 level tsp. Honey (1 ½ sins)
chop spring onions & leave aside ,remove all visible fat from steak, squeeze a little
lemon juice on the steak, then wrap the 2 rashers of bacon around the steak, whilst
doing enclose all of the spring onion between the steak and bacon, cover with honey
add a little extra lemon juice & cook gently for a few mins. Turning to ensure even
cooking season with salt & pepper & let the steak cook in it?s own juice.
