If I use a sticky toffee pudding recipe to make individual muffins...

...how should I adjust the cooking time? recipe states 40mins for the whole puddings, standard muffins are usually 25ish, would I be okay to go with 25 or is it a bit trial and error. And do I need to lower the temperature?

I would do them at 190 degrees and check after 20 minutes.

I found a suitably sized cake tin in the end, so used that, but did 3 muffins as a taste test for me and dh (was taking the pudding to a friend's bonfire party on the Saturday). Tasted great, but didn't rise, so they were very flat muffins, but not heavy IYKWIM.
The recipe was from the This Morning website and was Wendi's not Phils (it'll make sense if you go there!)
