Smoothie Ideas

Hi all...
I'm 7 weeks pregnant and struggling with certain foods and drinks (making me feel nauseous) I want to try and make some smoothies in my blender.

Does anyone have any good recipes to suggest?

We keep frozen berries in the freezer and so all smoothies are berries based. Usually, berries plus a few fresh berries/grapes if around, a bit of apple juice, 1-2 bananas, greek yoghurt. I often add oats too. Bonus points if I can remember to soak them overnight.

Our go to is strawberry, banana and apple juice. Either fresh or frozen fruit. Sometimes add some frozen mango or raspberries too.
Dhs favourite is kiwi, spinach, kale, banana and apple juice.
You can buy bags of frozen smoothie mix which are great

Not one for recipes but I always start with a banana.

Then add yoghurt or plant milk, strawbs or blueberries, or whatever fruit you like. Spinach is good as well, so long as the smoothie is sweet you won't be able to taste it but it turns the colour such a satisfying green!

An oat base is really nice too! Blend the oats before adding the banana and everything else. Makes it really thick.
