Almost Pancake Day!

I usually buy those bottle of mix, but trying to reduce our plastic usage and I have a load of plain flour!

What recipe will you be using on Tuesday? And roughly how many pancakes will it make?

There's 2 adults and 2 DC, 8 and almost 3, and I can imagine we'll eat quite a few between us
