Traybake idea

Looking for your favourite traybake/one dish recipes please. I made chicken Amatriciana last week which was a big hit so any other suggestions would be great.

We do quite a few here, love the simplicity’s
Cod wrapped in pancetta with baby potatoes, peppers, red onion, olives all drizzled with pesto.
Chicken and chorizo with sweet potato, courgettes, onions, peppers
Sausages, shallots mushrooms, leeks, apples

We had this honey and mustard chicken one last night. We've had it before but I'd forgotten how nice and easy it was.

Think I'm going to be putting more traybakes on the menu

I do salmon, bacon, cherry toms, new pots and peas. I think it started as a Jamie Oliver recipe but may have evolved from that.

Great idea for a thread, I love one-pot and traybake meals.

Check out Taming Twins - we do her Spanish chicken traybake and her chicken and pesto one. Good food has a fab salmon, potato and asparagus one too. We also like the honey and mustard chicken one from upthread.
