Slow Cooker Fudge

Hi has anyone tried slow cooker fudge? Does it taste like proper fudge?

Yes, we make it. It’s really easy but you have to stir it every 15 minutes once it melts so that it thickens up nicely, so you can’t just leave it like usual slow cooker meals.

Yes, my DD decided a couple of years ago that she wanted to make fudge at Xmas for family (homemade boxes and everything )
Decided on a slow cooker recipe and I was thinking oh god that's not going to be good .
We still make it every so often as actually it's amazing and I'm saying that as a diabetic that doesn't have a sweet tooth at all.
