How to use up one million chicken breasts?

We are trying to use up freezer food and we have an enormous bag of chicken breasts, all in one solid lump so we can't defrost a couple at a time.

What would you do to use up shitloads of chicken breasts?

Defrost it. Batch cook it as a curry/casserole in a slow cooker if you have one, then refreeze in suitable containers. I did this with a load of chicken and mince i bought that was out of date the next day.

Kebabs or tandoori skewers.

Biryani.

Chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and herbs, wrapped in bacon and baked.

Fajitas.

Chicken and bacon pasta bake.

Chicken with braised peas and lettuce (I use a Jamie Oliver recipe for the latter and just add the former in to cook).

Chicken Caesar salad for lunches this week.

BLTs for lunch this week.

But you can also braise them, slice them and re-freeze in smaller bags so that you can use them up over the month in a more manageable way instead (but I realise that doesn’t solve the freezer clear-out quite as quickly).

Is it raw?
You can cook it and then re freeze some of it ?
I'd recommend -
Curry
Massive family chicken leek and mushroom pie
Pad that or stir fry
Creamy pasta with chicken and broccoli
Thai curry
Caesar salads
Fajitas or quesadillas
Casserole

Cook some (we have a smoker but I realise that's a bit niche - griddle or bake, or as pp suggested braise) and slice them, then freeze between foil in plastic boxes to use for sandwiches

For sandwich fillings you can poach chicken breast to juicy perfection off the heat in 20 minutes. Check Recipetineats for that and loads more ideas.

Poach!! That’s the word I was looking for! I knew I didn’t actually want to say braised...

I'd defrost then cook a few dishes and pop them back in the freezer in single or double portions.

Obvious things like curry and casseroles spring to mind. I'd also make something like a pie filling (chicken and mushroom perhaps) and freeze that in a family sized portion, ready to defrost and pop on a pastry lid before baking. I'd also be happy to find a homemade chicken broth in the freezer, adding a chicken breast to a basic veg broth as it cooks and shredding it once it's all done. I freeze soups in takeaway boxes so it's a single portion, and that does me for lunches.

I love poached chicken breast (season liquid with lemon, bay, peppercorns) once cooked rest under foil. I rarely buy chicken breast as it lacks flavour but I do like it cooked like this for salads/sandwiches.
