Gluten free dairy free sauce...

Can I make a vaguely edible creamy sort of sauce for salmon pasta using soy milk and cornflour? Also have dairy free spread if that will help and lemon??

I'm new to DF and GF as I try elimination to sort out horrible bloating so am a bit clueless how to eat now!

I use GF flour and DF butter then add almond milk to create white sauce for my DC who has allergies. I make it the same way as a normal white sauce and he loves it.

As this is new to me, I only have gluten free bread flour do you think that will work???

I use cornflour to make sauces anyway so that will be fine.

I always use cornflour to thicken sauces! Just check its gluten free. When I did a keto diet, I used xanthan gum in sauces which works fine too, but less carbs.
