Fancy cheering myself up for the next zoom session with some cocktails. Any easy suggestions that don't have many ingredients that I'll never use again! Extra points for gin, Prosecco and/or amaretto

Pear and ginger Prosecco: mix 1 tbsp sugar with ½ tsp ground cinnamon in a small dish. Decorate the rimof a champagne flute by dipping it into a saucer of waterthen dipping it into the sugar mixture. Pour 1 tbspginger syrup from a jar of stem gingerinto the glass, then top with equal quantities of pear juice and prosecco. Garnish with a slice of stem ginger

Prosecco French 77: onepart elderflower cordial, onepart lemon juice and onepart gin into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well combined, then strain into a tall glass. Top with prosecco and serve with a twist of lemon and a couple of mint leaves.

Amaretto sour - the recipes always seem to have an egg white but I can never be bothered so I do:
45ml amaretto
30ml simple syrup (dissolve 2Tbsp sugar in 2Tbsp water - or I sometimes use 2Tbsp maple syrup!)
juice of half a lemon (about 1.5Tbsp, or to taste)
slice of orange
a maraschino cherry, if you have one!

A negroni uses equal parts gin, campari and sweet vermouth (in case you do want to buy a few things...)

My favourites would be:

White lady - gin, Cointreau and lemon (I never add the egg white a lot of recipes require)

Aperol spritz - aperol and Prosecco

Amaretto sour

Kir Royale, creme de cassis plus Prosecco, you can actually use any well flavoured fruit liqueur instead of cassis, try it with damson gin!

You could make a version of White Lady with your ingredients.
Or
Buy some Angostura Bitters and make Pink Gin, or use with the Prosecco and some brandy to make a version of the classic champagne cocktail.
Buy some peach juice or pulp to make Bellini with the Prosecco.

At this time of year my go to is a blood orange margarita. Fresh blood orange juice half a lime tequila, Cointreau and a dash of agave if you want it sweeter
