I’m like to have them on a salad but I’m too lazy to get them out and chop them up each time. Can I chop them now and put them in a Tupperware so I can use them for the week ahead?

I am sure they would be fine but to me that seems like a very odd time saver considering how little time it takes to slice them. Don't you also have to chop other things for your salad? I know I would be slicing tomato, pepper, cucumber and radish to add to my salad leaves.

I use scissors to snip one or two on to a salad.

Cant see how Preparing them in advance would save any time. The vitamin c in them will dissipate from the cut surfaces and of course, at some point the container will also need to be washed up.

Chopping anything in advance by much time reduces their nutritional content apparently. The vitamins start to break down on cutting. You should chop and eat straight away.
