having spent months faffing around making sure my ds doesn't get an ounce of salt anywhere near him, is it now suddenly ok to give him ANYTHING with stockcubes in it? Gave him some home made soup today but still had a bit of anxiety! TIA

I use low salt stock cubes or make my own but I'm a great believer in everything in moderation.

I know, everything in moderation but salt is one of my bug bears! i make my 18 month old a lentil soup with onions garlic water and red lentils only, no salt at all and i feel so relieved! he loves it and it freezes beautifully too.
