I’m thinking lasagne - but can I be bothered? Do I have lasagne sheets? Can I find my lasagne dishes... where’s my bottle of wine...

What’s everyone else planning?

I'm having lasagne !!
I always make ragu by the bucketful, so I've defrosted a portion, will be par-boiling the pasta, make a cheesy sauce, shove in the oven & Roberto is your Zio.

I have no problem in locating a bottle of wine ; well, not this early in the evening.

I'm not well and it's all I can face.

I’m having a warm, spiced chickpea and cauliflower salad. Everyone else is having paprika beef skewers with flat breads and salad.

Midweek roast with leftovers from the weekend.

Would have been tagine but DH did the shop and somehow missed half the list so I don’t have the ingredients.

Salmon fish cakes made with yesterday’s leftover mashed potato.

Pesto crusted salmon, roasted cubed garlic potatoes with samphire and green salad.

I nearly made lasagna but couldn't be arsed to cook so DH went to M&S and bought curry.

When I do make lasagna I use this recipe for the ragu - packed with veg and really yummy! I don't bother with aubergines just use pasta sheets and balls to those volcanoes! B

Split pea dal with naan and mango chutney.

We had turkey curry and rice with carrots and brocolli. Yum!

Three bean chilli and rice for us.

We had sausage pasta off the good food website. Quick and easy and enjoyed my all of us.

Well I got off my bum and made lasagne - it was yum (big salad and bottle of wine).mmmmmmm.

Tray bake with chicken thighs, bacon, gnocchi, peppers, onions, sundried tomatoes, thyme and garlic.

Pork chops, roast potatoes and veg. Boring, but DH's favourite

Out of wine now...☹️

DD made these Pulled Chicken Burgers and they were delicious 😋
