Help! Shall I pan fry or oven cook my chops? There are 6 of them, don't want them dried out- how can I cook them please?!

In a pan. Sear one side of the chops until browned then flip them, turn down the heat to low and cover the pan with a lid. The other side will slowly turn golden brown, and if you use a lid, the heat from the pan will gently cook the middle.

Panfry. low. 10 mins each side - that works for mine (usually about an inch thick)

I would add to the above, cook the skin first - a skewer through them will balance them on the surface of the pan. If you like the skin crisp, don't cover the pan.
