Made an epic Lentil Dahl tonight for us but for speed I used 3 bags of microwave lentils (same idea as uncle bens rice bags)
I've got the leftovers for tomorrow's lunch and it's been stored in the fridge in an airtight container since it cooled but I just realised I will be reheating twice, won't I.
Will this be okay if I blast it in the microwave till really hot?
Gutted that I batch cooked it now 😫
