Before I go shopping, can anyone suggest some quick and easy puddings?

My family love pudding, but I struggle to come up with ideas. I'm looking for quick, and fairly easy, reasonably healthy ideas please.

For example, I will put frozen berries in a dish topped with ready made crumble mix. Serve with plastic custard.

Tinned peaches (or any tinned/fresh/dried fruit) with full fat greek yoghurt/creme fraiche/cream/ice cream and something on the top - muscavado sugar or honey, ground ginger, cinnamon

Obv fresh fruit healthier than tinned or dried, and yoghurt healthier than cream.
Cinnamon adds natural sweetness and ginger natural zing

I just tend to do fruit with a bit of icecream with a tinny bit of icecream sauce or yogurt.

Greek or plain yoghurt in small glasses with chopped fruit or compote at the bottom, and Jordan’s crunchy on the top, or with honey and crunchy. Layered to look pretty.

Low fat creme fraiche, berries, on a merengue nest

Eve's pudding. Basically stewed apples with sponge mix on top baked. It's a nice alternative to crumble and nearly as easy.

Ripe pears peeled and chopped (or use tinned), mixed with light chocolate mousse and chopped hazelnuts.
Bananas with butterscotch angel delight
Apple and cinnamon Yorkshire puddings made with shop-bought batter mix www.bhf.org.uk/informationsupport/support/healthy-living/healthy-eating/recipe-finder/individual-apple-and-cinnamon-batter-puddings

Yorkshire puddings that have already been cooked. Spoonful of jam and a splash of milk. Microwave. Berries.

Natural yoghurt. Lemon curd. Squeeze of lemon juice. Biscuit to dip.

Little p ot of Nutella with fruit for dipping.

Digestive biscuit. Spread with cream cheese. Berries. Sprinkle of icing sugar.

Make a treacle sponge in the microwave. Really quick. Comes out anaemic but who cares once it's got custard or ice cream on.or

Make a big batch of crumble mix and keep it in the freezer.

@RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie I love the digestive biscuit idea, like a cheesecake.

Microwave sponge.

2 eggs - weigh them in shell

Then just weigh out the same amount of sugar, butter and flour as the eggs weighed.

Give it a good mix then put in a microwaveable bowl and give it 3-4 minutes until the top is bouncy.

You can put jam, frozen fruit, syrup, stewed fruit, Nutella or whatever you like in the bottom of the bowl then the sponge mix on top so that when you scoop it out it has a topping.
