I want to bake the pumpkin cake from the pumpkin thread. I have everything in the house except eggs. Can I replace the eggs with something else?

There isn't anything I can think of that you can replace egss with. If you anted to make an eggless one I imagine there would have to be many changes.

can't answer but found this recipe that is pumpkin cake without eggs, and there are 27 egg-free pumpkin cake recipes on that site according to the search I did.

oh I think you could replace eggs with tuna

I had a friend at college who always replaced at least one ingredient in every recipe with a can of tuna

worked every time
