Have quite a few very ripe bananas and most of a tin of Carnation caramel. Any ideas what I can do with them? I was thinking just caramel bananas and pancakes if I can’t think of anything better but didn’t want to make some pancake masterpiece and set the bar too high for Shrove Tuesday Grin

Do you think I could just put some of the caramel in a banana bread mix? Ideas very much appreciated!

Isnt that the basics for a banoffee pie?

I've made this ice cream before and it's stupidly easy and delicious. You could blend the banana in for caramel banana ice cream

@EvelynSalt Mmm banana salted caramel ice cream ... That sounds gorgeous and right up DP’s street, and it’s his birthday in a few days! Grin

Banoffi pie! Don't need too much more either. Alternatively you may have already the ingredients for hot banana bread with toffee sauce, a cheat version of steamed banana pudding
