Chicken breasts

I've got 6 chicken breasts to use up or freeze today and I'm looking for easy recipe ideas please.

I usually cover them in soy and hoisin and bung in the oven but I'm after something different.

The DCs don't like creamy sauce or cheese (I know) but I've got a really good store cupboard at the moment it's just ideas I'm lacking.

Can anyone recommend anything please?

Stir Fry
Pasta bake
Roasted with BBQ or similar
Chicken fillet burgers
Goujons coated in homemade breadcrumbs
Stuffed and wrapped in bacon/Parma
Chicken curry

We are having them with some green pesto and cherry tomatoes ontop. Put the whole lot into bake with some foil on then add some grates cheese and finish off without the foil. Quick and easy.

I do "deconstructed" Kievs sometimes. As can't be arsed to stuff a chicken breast. Sliced onions or leeks (in rings) in bottom of roasting dish. Sprinkle in some cloves of garlic. A few knobs of butter and then place chicken breasts on top, sprinkle over some breadcrumbs/bashed up crackers. Cover in foil (to keep moist) and then roast - removing the foil and basting before cooking for last 5 mins to brown up. Sprinkle on parsley. Nice with green salad and carbs of choice.

Cook Spanish style with tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers, olives, paprika, serve with saffron rice.

I went with the deconstructed Kiev. They loved it, thanks.
