Someone once posted a recipe for some crunchy sweet pumpkin seed snap things but I cant find it. Anyone know what it is?

It was posted about 2 years ago too.
I remember it had honey or syrup in plus pumpkin seeds.

Anyone know what it is or can you find it because I'm not having any joy.

Was it Nigella's pumpkin seed brittle?

I honestly dont know.

All I can remember it was a bit like a chewy bar in the end.
Could well have been brittle.

Probably not Nigella's brittle then - it's delicious but it's hard and crunchy and is really just sugar and pumpkin seeds. Good luck finding it!
