I find this thread title very confusing, does it or does it not have anything to do with nicotine?

ArmadilloDaMan · 29/10/2007 20:01

THis outdoor smoker will eat any joint of beef

Is this in code? What is an outdoor smoker?

look at Hugh Fearnley whatsisface - he likes smoking things (disclaimer - food in a smokehouse ). You got a smokehouse? DH really wants to build one.

What do you want to make? Smoked pork, chicken or fish will work better.

unfortunately nothing to do with nicotine!

A weber smoker - basically a closed BBQ that cooks with plumes of smoke!

I just want to smoke a joint of beef but don't know which cut would be best. I guess it would be the same cut that you would roast??
