Lamb steaks

Help. Date night. Have two lamb steaks. What can I cook that will taste amazing and be easy! Recipe suggestions welcome. I like my lamb rare, how long do I cook it for? Suggestions to make a sauce/marinade? Thank you!

I made these for DH (I am veggie so had something else) over Christmas and it was very simple but went down well

How long to cook for depends on how big/thick your steaks are but I followed the recipe and it came out nice and pink in the middle. In general if you like rare meat you might want to invest in a meat thermometer, you can get very fancy ones but the basic kind are pretty cheap and the easiest way to tell when something's done?
