Cooking chicken

So I put chicken in the oven over an hr ago , got distracted and only just went to check to see the oven not on just seems to be light - selected wrong thing .
So now put on fan oven 200 degrees- will my chicken be ok to now cook? Have I left it sat in oven too long at room temp, oven wasn't even warm, must be just light function ( although why you would want this )
So basically can I just whack it on now and leave it to cook , will it be safe ? Obviously dinner will now be later ( only having chicken , brie , french stick anyway so thats not a problem)

Looked up symbol it was on oven defrosting ? No idea what this is for and why you would need it

Your chicken will be perfectly fine. I always leave out a whole chicken for 2 hours before cooking it. Cooking it straight from the fridge is what makes meat dry and improperly cooked.

Yes it’ll be fine

Looked up symbol it was on oven defrosting ?Which apparently means just the fan is on, not sure how this would help you defrost food more quickly and safely.
