Quick help needed for tonight's meal!

I've got chicken breasts, leftover mash, peppers, bacon, cheese, and then pasta etc. And a very fussy 6yo! Any ideas? Hunters chicken has been vetoed...

have you got any cream? Carbonara?

Some sort of stuffed pepper?

I can't eat lactose so no cream. 6yo won't eat vegetables...

I would have done that but we've been self isolating until I finally got the all clear just now, so haven't been able to go the shops. I just get so fed up with thinking about meal planning

Make a peppers/tomato sauce (if you have tinned tomatoes) and cook the chicken in it, have with pasta?
