What can I give DD for lunch? Low fibre, no cheese.

DD1 is very sensitive to fatty food (especially cheese) and can't handle too much fibre like in brown bread, so I'm getting really stuck on what to give her for lunch.

She currently eats boiled eggs, tuna mayo sandwich (not too much mayo though), potato with baked beans, or ham sandwich.

Does anyone have any ideas for what else I could give her? I dread every lunch time

Leftovers from yesterdays tea

What could I do with rice or pasta? I'm not a very imaginative cook!

I've tried her with soup but the only one she likes is tomato and that upset her tummy too. What exactly is couscous, I've never had it and the name sounds yucky!

Couscous is cracked wheat - we stir in veggies

Rice can have a selection of peas, sweetcorn, peppers, raisins, mandarins, brocoli, carrots, pineapple - can be served hot or cold

Pasta, can have tomato sauce added, or pesto, or bacon/ham & pineapple, or a white sauce or meat or just veggies like above with some mayo, tuna mayo with or without sweetcorn
